Shipping Method:

- We offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please Note:

- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

We want you to shop with confidence. If your item is not as described or arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy:

- Returns are accepted only if the item is not as described.

- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request a Return:

2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund or replacement where applicable.
